A successful workshop provides participants with new skills, information and a sense of accomplishment. The purpose of the workshop is to help the students with the conduct of research, dissemination of results and future planning of their education and career.
AEP WORKSHOP
Adolescence means “to grow up” which is a transitional stage of physical and psychological human development that generally occurs during the period from puberty to adulthood.
AEP-Adolescence Education Programme Workshop was organized on April 7, 2018, for the growing teenage group of grade VI to X by Dr. Sunita Khandelwal, Dr. Ritu and Dr. Anukur Jain. The sensitive aspects of a teenager’s life highlighting the emotional aspects, problem with parents, psychological problems and many more were targeted.
WORKSHOP ON FIRST AID
First aid is the initial assistance provided to a child or individual while waiting for the medical professionals to arrive. In the worst of cases, first aid can be a difference between life and death. To provide students with the proper knowledge of first aid, Global Public School organized a workshop by Dr Ritika Mathur on August 25, 2018 for grades IX and X.
Principal, Mr. Keith Everett also stressed on the safety & security of the students and emphasized that such training sessions will develop their skills beyond the books.
STORY TELLING ACTIVITY
Story is the song line of a person’s life. Keeping this in mind an interactive story telling session was organized in Global Public School for the students of grades I and II where they were taught the right way of telling stories and improved their creative thinking. Ms. Nitika Datta Gupta was the dignitaries who conducted it enthusiastically.
SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP
A workshop on self-defence was conducted in Global Public School on 15th September, 2018 for classes IV to X. The objective of the workshop was to educate students in preventive and curative counter protective measures that can be taken in life-threatening situations. Mr Ram Dayal Madhukar ASI, Mahila Thana, Kota along with Ms. Haseena (Constable) and Ms. PoornimaVyas (Constable) were the resource persons for the event.

ORIENTATION PROGRAM
The orientation program was conducted on April 1, 2016 for the parents as organized at CP auditorium in two time slots. Mr. Nilesh Gupta, head of PFD, Career Point, was the guest of honour and he gave some parenting tips to the audience.
PROCTER & GAMBLE WORKSHOP
A workshop was organized for the girls along with their mothers on the issue of menstruation, its myths and hygiene on 3rd May,2016. Audio- visuals were shown by the representative followed by some questions.
